One of the slower McDonalds in Mackay. No matter how many times you go, the service will be slow, and on the rare occasion there will be an apology. Today is an example of this slow service. I ordered a Mocha from the McCafe section at 2:23pm and did not receive it until 2:34pm, 11 minutes! I understand today is a public holiday, but that does not mean you reduce drew numbers, this will only impact your business and create unsatisfied customers. Unfortunately, it seems the Mackay region McDonalds will not improve for a very long time to come.

Its good at non-peak times. Peak times its a nightmare to line up in queue. Limited parking and hard to find a park.
