- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆This KFC always has slow service. The usual wait is 15-20 minutes. I do not understand how they can consistently be so slow. The franchisee really needs to consider his staffing to accommodate for the volume of customers. Avoid the drive thru if you want a slower service the 20 minutes, the line is often on the road.By Mark Cochran, January 31, 2017
